I agree that the FBDP reserves the right to revoke any membership for any reason(s) including, but not limited to

Dog license certificate (s) not current and uploaded

My dog(s) not spayed or neutered

Rabies vaccination missing or not current

Not picking up after your dog(s) while in the dog park and/or walking to/from the dog park

Your dog(s) behaving in an anti-social way that endangers, threatens, or otherwise causes a disruption to the members of the dog park (hereafter referred to as “the park” or “park”) and/or community

You violate any of the rules and regulations of the park as posted

You share your “park key” with someone not in your immediate family or associated with your dog(s)

You use your key or access to permit a non-registered pet into the dog park

Your pet fails to wear FBDP identifying tag while in the park

Consents and Confirmations (please check boxes)*

The FBDP requires all users to consent and agree to the terms of personal responsibility while using the park. While every attempt is made to operate an enjoyable and safe park, each and every user is solely responsible for the actions of their dog(s) as if this were a public area, no different than any public sidewalk, neighbor’s yard, parking lot, or even the user’s own home.

I confirm that my dog(s) have NEVER BITTEN or otherwise INJURED A HUMAN or ANOTHER DOG, and/or has not been deemed dangerous by any municipality.

I confirm that should my dog(s) ever develop and/or exhibit any behavior or disease which poses a threat to people or other dogs, that I will IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE bringing that dog to the park.

I agree that I am fully responsible for all actions of my dog(s) and that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FBDP and its officers against all claims arising out of or directly or indirectly relating to the actions of my dog, and that should my dog cause any harm to another person or dog that I am fully liable for those actions and any expenses associated with them.

Should my dog(s) be involved in any incident with another person or dog, I agree to hold harmless FBDP and its officers and the liability (if any) rests solely with the owner of the involved dog(s).

I agree that the park is run for the community and operated by volunteers, and I accept all risks inherent in its intended use. I agree to indemnify & hold harmless FBDP & its officers against any and all claims, including but not limited to: Trips or Falls, Dog – on – Person Impacts, Dog – on – Dog Impacts, scratches, bruises, etc.

We prefer to patronize our members when services are needed for the park and like to provide referrals for members needing their services. Let us know if you own a business or services you offer OR if you have a special skill like carpentry etc.
